The iPhone app doesn’t offer log export. Open the Account tab and tap Send Feedback to email us, or write to support@pekpik.com. If you use Pekpik as a guest, copy your Support ID from the Account tab and include it.

What to include in your email

  • Your device and app version.
  • The server you tried and roughly when it happened.
  • The exact message the app showed.
  • Whether you were on Wi-Fi or mobile data.

When you have finished, you can turn off Write diagnostic logs and use the clear option in Debug Logs to delete the log files from your device.

Still stuck? Email support@pekpik.com with your Support ID from the Account page.
