“No servers available” or the list won’t load
The app needs to reach our service to download your server list. If the list is empty or stuck loading, check your internet connection, then tap Retry or refresh. If that doesn’t help, fully close and reopen the app, and update it to the latest version. The first launch can take a little longer while the app sets up your account.
What you may see in the app
- No servers available
- Failed to load servers
- Tap retry or pull down to refresh
- First launch may take a little longer. Thanks for waiting.
- Failed to load servers: …
- We couldn't prepare your session. Check your connection and tap Retry.
- Guest access is temporarily unavailable. Retrying in background.
- No server is available right now. Try again later.
- No free server is available right now. Try again later or choose another server.
- Unable to refresh server access. Check the network and retry.
- Waiting for the server list from API.
- Server refresh failed. Using cached list
- Failed to refresh server list
- Startup failed. Check your network and try again
Try these in order
- Check that your internet works: open a website with the VPN off.
- Turn off any other VPN, proxy or firewall app, then try again.
- Tap Retry, or pull down on the server list on iPhone.
- Fully close Pekpik VPN and open it again. The app sets up your session again in the background.
- Update Pekpik VPN to the latest version.
On first launch
The first time you open the app, it creates your account and prepares your connection before the list appears. This can take a little longer than usual. Wait for it to finish rather than closing the app.
“No free server is available right now”
All free servers are busy or offline at the moment. Try again later, or pick another server from the list.
Saved list on Windows
If the list can’t be refreshed, the Windows app may keep showing the last list it saved and tell you so. You can still try to connect, but servers may have changed. See Reconnecting when our service is unreachable.
