Link your email to protect your account

On iPhone and iPad

1. Open the Account tab.
2. On the card “Associate your email to protect your VPN setup”, tap Associate Email.
3. Enter your email address and tap Send Code.
4. Enter the code from the email in 6-Digit Code and tap Verify & Continue.

On Mac

1. Open Account and choose Bind Email.
2. Enter your email address and click Send Code.
3. Enter the code in Verification Code and click Verify Code.

On Windows

1. Open Account and choose Bind Email.
2. Enter your email address and click Send Code.
3. Enter the code from your email and confirm.

On Android

1. Open the account page and tap Associate Email.
2. Enter your email address, request the code, and enter the code from your email.

What happens to your guest account

If the email is new to Pekpik, your guest account becomes your email account. If the email already has a Pekpik account, the guest account on this device is merged into it. Either way, your data usage, devices and VIP carry over, and the account page shows your email.

Code problems

• No email? See Didn’t get the verification code.
• Code rejected? See “Invalid or expired verification code”.
• Sign-in refused because this device was used with another email? See This device is linked to another account.
