To ensure quality service for all users, VPN 360 implements a fair usage policy. You agree to use our Services reasonably and not to:

• Create an excessive number of simultaneous VPN sessions

• Consume substantially excessive bandwidth that affects other users
• Attempt to circumvent any technical limitations of the Services

We reserve the right to temporarily suspend or limit access for users who violate this fair usage policy. Network speed estimates provided are not guaranteed and actual speeds may vary based on various factors.

While we strive to provide reliable and continuous service, VPN 360 does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Services may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Scheduled or emergency maintenance
• Hardware or software failures
• Third-party service provider issues
• Network connectivity problems
• Force majeure events

We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned maintenance in advance when possible.

All content, features, and functionality of the Services, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, and images, are owned by VPN 360 or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our software or content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our software
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
• Use our trademarks without prior written consent

VPN 360 does not warrant that:

• The Services will meet your specific requirements
• The Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained will be accurate or reliable
• Any errors in the Services will be corrected

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you have paid to VPN 360 in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will:

• Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms
• Notify you via email or in-app notification for significant changes
• Post the updated Terms on our website

Your continued use of the Services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Services.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration or resolved in courts of competent jurisdiction.
